This room is with queen size bed and an attached bathroom on the 1st floor, suitable for foreign students and volunteers who are searching for a peaceful and secure area for their stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. This is a fully furnished bedroom with an attached bathroom, study/working table-chair, wordrobe etc. There is big shared kitchen including all kitchenware, oven , fridge, toaster etc. We provide only rooms, food is to be prepared by yourself in our shared kitchen. There is a big dining area, bar with a traditional sitting area. We provide electricity, cooking gas, drinking water etc. No Worries for your laundry, there is washing machine on top terrace. You can enjoy your free time watching Netflix or HD channels in our big open sitting/living room on ground floor.

House Rules:
1. Check-in time is from 13:00PM and checkout time is before 12:00 AM.
2. Advance payment on check-in.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage in room and other open/shared spaces of the house.
4. The use of drugs or engagement in illegal activities is strictly forbidden in the house.
5. House owner will be not responsible for any losses, theft or any damage of the guest’s life, property, equipment, etc. due to natural disasters or by any circumstances inside or outside the house.
6. Smoking is allowed only outside the room on the balcony or terrace only.
7. Pets are not allowed, we have a couple Husky, named DJ and CoCo.
8. Outside shoes are not allowed inside the house.
9. Guests are not allowed to bring unauthorized individuals into the house.

This room is on top floor. There is two twin beds suitable for foreigner students and volunteers who are searching for peaceful and secure area for their stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu . This is fully furnished bedroom with bathroom. You can cook your food yourself, there is big shared kitchen including all kitchenware, oven , fridge, toaster etc. There is big dining area, bar with traditional sitting area. We provide electricity, cooking gas, drinking water. No Worries for your laundry, there is washing machine on top terrace. You can enjoy your free time watching Netflix or HD channels in our big open living room on ground floor. We also have gym room with TV and music system where you can do your daily workout. You can stay from 15 days to a year . If you are a dog lover then you are hearty welcome in our house.
We have 2 dogs, one is Japanese Spitz, about 14 years old named ROX and another is Husky, about 4 years old named DJ.

1 month (30 nights) : NPR 30000.00 per person / NPR 35000.00 per couple
