Apartment monthly rent

Apartment monthly rent (in NPR): 

2BHK with AC in bedrooms:
2BHK (2 air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms), fully furnished apartment with AC in bedrooms @ NPR 75,000/- per month. (Will be available from 5th May 2024)
 

1BK with AC in bedroom:

1BK (1 bedroom with AC, kitchen, and bathroom), fully furnished apartments available for rent.
AC @ NPR 45,000/- per month. (Will be available from 20th May 2024)
 

1BK (Non-AC):

1BK (1 bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom), fully furnished apartments available for rent.
AC @ NPR 40,000/- per month. (Will be available from 25th May 2024)

NOTE:

>>Our 2BHK (2 bedrooms with AC, living room, Kitchen, 1 attached bathroom, and 1 common bathroom) furnished apartment is equipped with air-conditioned bedrooms.  It is about 1000 sq. ft.

>> Our 1 BK  (1 bedroom, bathroom, and Kitchen combined with sitting area) furnished apartment are equipped with air conditioning in bedrooms. It is about 500 sq,ft.

    Rent includes:

  • Airport Pick up from/drop to Kathmandu Airport if required.
  • Accommodation in fully furnished apartments with AC & Non AC bedroom, Living room (only in 2BHK), fully equipped modern Kitchen with all kitchenware, bathroom, etc.
  • 100 Units of electricity every month free (Extra: Rs 17 per unit )
  • 1 cylinder of Cooking gas for every 2 months (Extra: Rs 2500)
  • 1 Jar (20 liters) of drinking water for every 2 days. (Extra: Rs 75 per Jar.)
  • 24 hrs hot & cold water
  • Shared 300 Mbps WiFi Internet
