Apartment monthly rent (in NPR): 

2BHK on 3rd Floor  (AC): 2BHK (2 air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms) on the 2nd floor, fully furnished apartment with AC in bedrooms @ NPR 75,000/- per month.    1BK(AC/Non-AC): 1BK (1 bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom), fully furnished apartments available for rent. AC @ NPR 40,000/- and Non AC @ 45,000/ per month.

NOTE:

>>Our 2BHK (2 bedrooms with AC, living room, Kitchen, 1 attached bathroom, and 1 common bathroom) furnished apartment is equipped with air-conditioned bedrooms.  It is about 1000 sq. ft.

>> Our 1 BK  (1 bedroom, bathroom, and Kitchen combined with sitting area) furnished apartment are equipped with air conditioning in bedrooms. It is about 500 sq,ft.
