House Rules:
1. Check-in time is from 13:00PM and checkout time is before 12:00 AM.
2. Advance payment on check-in.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage in room and other open/shared spaces of the house.
4. The use of drugs or engagement in illegal activities is strictly forbidden in the house.
5. House owner will be not responsible for any losses, theft or any damage of the guest’s life, property, equipment, etc. due to natural disasters or by any circumstances inside or outside the house.
6. Smoking is allowed only outside the room on the balcony or terrace only.
7. Pets are not allowed, we have a couple Husky, named DJ and CoCo.
8. Outside shoes are not allowed inside the house.
9. Guests are not allowed to bring unauthorized individuals into the house.

This room is on top floor. There is two twin beds suitable for foreigner students and volunteers who are searching for peaceful and secure area for their stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu . We have 2 dogs, one is Japanese Spitz, about 14 years old named ROX and another is Husky, about 4 years old named DJ.
