This room is on 1st floor, minimum 2 nights stay. There is queen size suitable for student, volunteer or voyager who are searching for a peaceful and secure area for their stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. This is a fully furnished bedroom with a attached bathroom. You can cook your food yourself, there is a big shared/common kitchen including all kitchenware, oven, fridge, toaster, etc. There is a big dining area and a bar with a traditional sitting area. We provide electricity, cooking gas, and drinking water. No Worries about your laundry, there is a washing machine on the top terrace.

You can enjoy your free time watching Netflix or HD channels in our big open living room on the ground floor. We also have a gym room with a TV and music system where you can do your daily workout.

House Rules:

• Check-in time is from 13:00PM and checkout time is before 12:00 AM.

• Advance payment on check-in. 

• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage in room and other open/shared spaces of the house.

• The use of drugs or engagement in illegal activities is strictly forbidden in the house. 

• House owner will be not responsible for any losses, theft or any damage of the guest’s life, property, equipment, etc. due to natural disasters or by any circumstances inside or outside the house.

• Smoking is allowed only outside the room on the balcony or terrace only.

• Pets are not allowed, we have a couple Husky, named DJ and CoCo.

• Outside shoes are not allowed inside the house.

• Guests are not allowed to bring unauthorized individuals into the house.
